The treatment takes 45 mins - 1½ hours. Special
attention is given to the areas highlighted during the
consultation. The therapist's hands are placed in prescribed
non-invasive positions on the head and body, staying
a few moments in each position to channel the Reiki
energy. During the treatment, you may feel warmth, tingling
or a gentle, soothing flow of energy from the therapist's
hands. The treatment can produce sufficiently deep relaxation
to induce sleep. Some people may also experience emotional
release. Following the treatment an increase in energy
or tiredness can occur as the blockages to energy flow
are removed and the body starts to heal itself.
