Tips to keep energy levels high and bugs away:
- Make sure you have adequate vitamins and minerals
in your diet, especially all B Vitamins, Vitamin C,
Omega 3 and 6, Zinc and Selenium (Work best together
so it is a good idea to take a multi vitamin). This
will help energy levels and keep the blues away -
you'll soon see a difference!
- Exercise~ Feeling lethargic and tired all the time
can be related to your diet but exercise can really
help. This does not mean hours at the gym, a brisk
10 minute walk once a day and you'll soon notice an
increase in your energy levels. Choosing something
you enjoy doingis really important.
- Try to drink 2 litres of water a day. This not
only helps you body eliminate toxins, it improves
your skin's conditions and reduces tiredness
