Aromatherapy is an holistic treatment involving the use
of essential oils taken from plants to improve both physical
and emotional wellbeing. These oils help restore the body's
balance by stimulating the body to heal itself. Aromatherapy
is widely used to reduce stress (the cause of so many
ailments and illnesses) and to help cleanse and detox
the body. The oils enter the body in two ways. In massage,
most of the oil passes through the skin and enters the
bloodstream, reaching the body systems requiring treatment.
As the scent of the oil reaches the nasal passages, the
minute vapour molecules elicit a positive effect on the
brain, as well as promoting the balancing of hormones
and easing a number of respiratory problems.
Many conditions can benefit from Aromatherapy due to
the diversity of oils used and the synergistic effect
of blending. Here are just a few of those conditions:
- Stress
- Cystitis
- Digestive problems

- Colds & Catarrh
